ISTANBUL — September 8, 2026 — Koç Holding has completed the sale of a total of 16.02 million shares in Tüpraş at TL 384.50 per share, according to a disclosure made to Türkiye’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
The transaction involved 11 million TL nominal-value shares held directly by Koç Holding and 5.02 million TL nominal-value shares held by Temel Ticaret ve Yatırım A.Ş., Koç Holding’s indirect parent company. The settlement of the share sale has been completed.
Following the transaction, Temel Ticaret ve Yatırım’s direct ownership in Tüpraş fell to zero.
Koç Holding’s direct stake in Tüpraş declined to 3.7%, while Koç Holding and its subsidiary Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. now hold a combined 50.1% direct stake in the refinery company.
Despite the share sale, Koç Holding stated that it continues to maintain management control over Tüpraş.
