Koç Holding Included in S&P Global 2026 Sustainability Yearbook

ISTANBUL (AA) – Koç Holding has been included in the “2026 Sustainability Yearbook” published by S&P Global.

According to a statement from the holding, Koç Holding was the only Turkish company to rank within the top 8% in the “Industrial Conglomerates” category, based on the results of S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment.

The yearbook features companies that stand out in their sectors for sustainability performance. Koç Group companies Arçelik, Ford Otosan, and Tüpraş also ranked highly within their respective categories.

Aligned with its 2050 carbon-neutral target, Koç Group is simultaneously implementing projects focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy investments, and digital transformation. More than 2,500 projects launched under the “Artificial Intelligence Transformation Program,” initiated in 2016, have strengthened operational efficiency, carbon reduction, and data-driven decision-making processes.

Six facilities from Koç Group are part of the World Economic Forum’s Global Lighthouse Network, which recognizes factories considered global leaders in advanced digitalization, automation, and data-driven manufacturing practices.

Through its “Acceleration Program” launched in the field of climate technologies, the Group provides investment and implementation support to innovative startups—particularly in water technologies.

S&P Global’s Corporate Sustainability Assessment evaluates more than 9,200 companies worldwide across over 100 criteria, including climate strategies, water and resource efficiency, responsible supply chain practices, human rights, corporate governance, and risk management.
