
ISTANBUL — Türkiye’s largest conglomerate, Koç Holding, has signed a $600 million loan agreement with a consortium of major international banks, including Bank of America, BNP Paribas Fortis, HSBC Bank, ING Bank, JPMorgan Chase, as well as MUFG Bank, Société Générale, and Standard Chartered Bank.
In a statement disclosed to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Koç Holding announced that the loan aims to strengthen the group’s liquidity position.
5-Year Term with 2.5-Year Grace Period
According to the company, the loan can be drawn within six months of signing and has a total maturity of five years. The first 2.5 years are designated as a grace period, followed by six equal semiannual installments.
Interest payments will also be made every six months, with a cost of SOFR + 1.95%, excluding fees and commissions.

Koç Holding’s KAP filing stated:
“In order to enhance our liquidity position, Koç Holding has signed a credit agreement with Bank of America Europe DAC, BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, HSBC Bank Middle East Limited, ING Bank N.V. Dublin Branch, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. London Branch, MUFG Bank Ltd., Société Générale, and Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
The total facility amounting to up to $600 million will be available for use within six months. The facility bears interest at SOFR + 1.95%, with semiannual interest payments. The loan has a 5-year maturity, including a 2.5-year grace period, followed by six equal semiannual principal repayments.”
