Koçfinans has successfully completed its fourth Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) issuance, exceeding TRY 2 billion, in collaboration with Türkiye Menkul Kıymetleştirme Şirketi (TMKŞ).
According to a company statement, the transaction was finalized with strong investor demand, further strengthening Koçfinans’ active position in the capital markets.
Through the securitization of a pool of auto loans, Koçfinans enhanced liquidity and diversified funding sources on its balance sheet, while supporting its sustainable growth strategy. The structure enables more efficient management of funding costs and offers investors a predictable and attractive investment alternative backed by strong cash flows.
Commenting on the issuance, Koçfinans General Manager Yeşim Pınar Kitapçı said the company continues to steadily diversify and expand its presence in capital markets through asset-backed securities transactions.
Kitapçı emphasized that the model provides flexible balance sheet management for the company while also creating value for investors.
