LG Electronics (LG) showcased a comprehensive range of AI-powered home solutions tailored for local markets at LG InnoFest 2026, held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
According to a company statement, the event—organized under the theme “Innovation, Moving Forward Together”—is among LG’s key regional gatherings and highlights the company’s long-term commitment to the Middle East and Africa (MEA) markets.
Designed in a festival format, LG InnoFest 2026 focused on user-centric design and regional optimization, presenting the latest developments in garment care, kitchen appliances, built-in products, and cleaning solutions. The event emphasized innovation and collaboration, reflecting LG’s expanding presence and activities across the region.
Expanded AI-Driven Laundry Solutions
LG Electronics is expanding its home laundry product lineup for the MEA region with appliances that combine larger capacity, refined design, and its proprietary AI Core-Tech technologies. Features such as AI Wash and AI Dry in the latest models enable more efficient washing and drying processes.
Among the highlighted products was the 29-inch LG SIGNATURE WashCombo, an all-in-one washer-dryer unit.
LG is also extending its expertise in home laundry to the commercial laundry sector, developing app- and API-based solutions that enable remote monitoring and management.
The company expanded its WashTower lineup by adding a new 25-inch model alongside the existing 24- and 27-inch versions. WashTower products combine a washer and dryer in a single vertical design to maximize space efficiency.
Unveiled for the first time at InnoFest, the 27-inch WashCombo offers 25 kg washing and 21 kg drying capacity, targeting large households. Equipped with LG’s DUAL Inverter HeatPump technology, the model focuses on enhanced drying performance and energy efficiency.
The lineup also includes a new front-loading washing machine featuring an integrated LCD display and an AI Direct Drive (AI DD) motor, which automatically adjusts performance based on load weight and fabric type.
Smart Kitchen and Built-In Appliances
Presented under the “Fit & Max” concept, LG’s new kitchen appliances combine built-in aesthetics with user-focused functionality.
In the refrigerator category, the LG InstaView French Door model features a Zero Clearance hinge design, allowing flexibility across different kitchen layouts, while AI Fresh technology optimizes cooling performance based on usage habits.
The refrigerator range introduced at InnoFest 2026, including a new bottom-freezer model, reflects LG Electronics’ strong position in the regional refrigerator market.
In dishwashers, the new QuadWash Pro technology enhances cleaning performance using micro-scale air bubbles while reducing wash time. AI SenseClean automatically adjusts washing and rinsing settings based on soil level, and a 1-hour wash-and-dry program completes a full cycle in 39 minutes.
Cleaning Solutions and Built-In Collection
LG’s new built-in appliance collection blends advanced technology with a minimalist design approach. The Wide Combi built-in refrigerator offers 690 mm width and 385 liters of internal volume, while the Inverter ProBake built-in oven features a BLDC motor with a dual-direction fan for faster and more even cooking.
The event also introduced new cleaning solutions, including an LG Wet & Dry cordless vacuum with an automatic water supply system, a robot vacuum with 100-degree steam mopping, and a discreetly designed tabletop station.
Commitment to the Region
Commenting on the launch, Phil Jung, LG Middle East and Africa Regional Representative, said:
“As LG, we are committed to delivering user-centric and locally optimized solutions that make everyday life easier for customers across the Middle East and Africa. Through continuous innovation and strong partnerships, we aim to create lasting value in this dynamic region.”
The unveiling at LG InnoFest 2026 underscores LG Electronics’ strategy of combining artificial intelligence, regional insights, and user-focused design to strengthen its footprint across the MEA markets.
