ISTANBUL — Turkish enterprise software company Logo Yazılım has added the E-Kurul platform to its approved ecosystem solutions portfolio to support companies’ digital transformation and regulatory compliance.
According to a company statement, the move follows a regulation introduced by the Ministry of Trade of Türkiye requiring newly established companies to keep certain non-accounting commercial books—such as shareholder registers and general assembly records—electronically through the Electronic Commercial Ledger System (ETDS).
Digital management for corporate decisions
The E-Kurul platform includes e-YKS (Electronic Board of Directors System) and e-GKS (Electronic General Assembly System) solutions, which allow companies to conduct board and shareholder meetings in a secure and traceable digital environment.
Through the platform, companies can manage meeting procedures, voting, and documentation processes electronically while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Secure electronic documentation
The system allows corporate decision books to be stored digitally in line with regulatory requirements. Meeting records, decisions, and supporting documents are securely archived and can be made available for audits when necessary.
Board and general assembly decisions can also be signed electronically using electronic or mobile signatures, eliminating the need for traditional notary approval. Documents can then be submitted directly to the ETDS system and, when required, to the Trade Registry Office.
Developed with a technology partner
The E-Kurul platform was developed by KAM Bilgi Teknolojileri, a solution development partner within the Logo ecosystem.
Akın Sertcan, General Manager of Logo Yazılım Türkiye, said the company aims to support businesses in their digital transformation processes by offering solutions tailored to regulatory and operational needs.
He added that the platform helps companies comply with legal requirements while improving corporate governance through digital tools.
