
ISTANBUL, August 5, 2026 — Kervansaray Yatırım Holding, a Turkish company established in 1976 and listed on Borsa Istanbul, is set to undergo a change in ownership as its majority shareholder begins negotiations to sell her stake to Dubai-based Oasis Prime-FZCO.
Zeynep Tümer, who owns 62.06% of Kervansaray Yatırım Holding, has entered discussions with Oasis Prime-FZCO regarding the partial or full transfer of her shares, according to a disclosure made to Türkiye’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
Tümer holds 365.2 million shares in the company. If the transaction is completed, control of Kervansaray Yatırım Holding is expected to pass to the Dubai-based investor.
Shares surge 375% in six months
Kervansaray Yatırım Holding’s shares have recorded a sharp increase in recent months.
The stock was trading at around TRY 2 in February 2026, but closed at TRY 9.50 on August 4, after gaining 9.29% in the latest session.
The increase represents a gain of approximately 375% over six months.
Deal could be worth TRY 3.5 billion
Based on the company’s latest closing price of TRY 9.50, the 62.06% stake would be worth approximately TRY 3.5 billion if sold without a discount.
The final value of the transaction will depend on the terms agreed between the parties.
Dubai-based investor focuses on energy and agriculture
Oasis Prime-FZCO is headquartered in Dubai and describes itself as a company operating in the agriculture and energy sectors, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
The company has not yet completed the acquisition. Negotiations between Tümer and Oasis Prime-FZCO are ongoing, and further details regarding the potential share transfer are expected to be disclosed through KAP announcements.
The transaction, if finalized, would mark a significant ownership change for the Turkish holding company, which has been publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul for many years.
