The planned ownership transfers are as follows:
- 51% to be acquired by Metropal Kurumsal Hizmetler A.Ş.

Founding shareholders to retain minority stakes
Following the transaction, Bilet.com’s founding shareholders will remain minority shareholders in the company. The parties also plan to sign a Shareholders’ Agreement.
Once the transfer of the 51% stake to Metropal is completed, Metropal will gain control of Bilet.com.
Negotiations began in June
Metropal said discussions regarding the acquisition had begun earlier but that the disclosure of the process had been postponed.
According to the company, its Board of Directors decided on June 26, 2026 to defer disclosure of the inside information in order to ensure the negotiations proceeded smoothly, preserve the terms of the transaction and secure completion of the deal.
The company said the reasons for the postponement ceased to exist once the agreement was signed, leading to the public disclosure of the transaction.
Bilet.com ranked among Türkiye’s fastest-growing technology companies
Metropal described Bilet.com as one of Türkiye’s leading ticketing platforms and highlighted that the company has been included in the “Türkiye’s 50 Fastest-Growing Technology Companies” list under Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 program for three consecutive years.
Completion of the transaction remains subject to the fulfillment of the closing conditions specified in the agreement, or the buyers waiving those conditions as permitted under the contract.
