Environment and Urban Planning Minister Murat Kurum stated that the 20% discount campaign for those who buy housing and workplaces from the Housing Development Administration (TOKI) and whose installments continue will be repeated this year.
Kurum used the following statements in its post on its Twitter account:
“We are repeating our 20% discount campaign, which we previously organized, this year, upon the intense demand from our citizens who bought houses and workplaces from TOKI and whose installment payments continue. We offer a 20% discount to beneficiaries who have more than 12 installments remaining and will pay all or more than 25% of their debt in advance. Our citizens will be able to benefit from our campaign between April 21 and May 28.”
