Mubadala Investment Capital has applied to Türkiye’s Competition Authority for the transfer of four Getir subsidiaries, including Getir Araç. Mubadala, a key player in Getir’s recent financial crisis, has taken steps to acquire these subsidiaries.
According to a statement from the Competition Authority, MIC Capital Management has submitted an application for the indirect acquisition of Getir Araç Dijital Ulaşım Çözümleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, Getir Teknolojik Hizmetler Anonim Şirketi, Getiriş Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, and Getgo Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.
This move marks a significant development in the restructuring of Getir, as the company faces financial turbulence. The approval process and its potential impact on Türkiye’s rapid delivery and technology sector remain closely watched.
