Naturel Renewable Energy has announced the signing of contracts totaling approximately $34.1 million.
The company disclosed the details in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP):
“As part of our turnkey contracting activities for solar power plants, a contract has been signed between Naturel Renewable Energy Trade Inc. and Istinyepark Istanbul Real Estate Investment Inc. for the establishment of a ‘Turnkey Land-Type Self-Consumption Solar Power Plant’ to meet the electricity needs of Istanbul Istinye Park Shopping Mall.
The contract encompasses all processes, including land development, project development, licensing, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), and zoning procedures. This investment will not only generate electricity from solar energy but also significantly contribute to reducing carbon emissions. The contract value, excluding VAT, is $4,578,655.00 (161,577,072.03 TRY + VAT).
Additionally, a contract worth $29,518,132.46 (969,425,650.81 TRY + VAT) was previously signed to meet the electricity needs of Izmir Istinye Park Shopping Mall and Orjin Maslak Business Center. This contract was completed on June 28, 2024. The new contract is a continuation of the Istinye Park Shopping Mall projects.”
