In the first four months of the year, 995 thousand 595 real estate sales transactions were carried out in Turkey, resulting in ₺10 billion 475 million 887 thousand title deed fee income.
According to the information received from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 287 thousand 72 sales transactions were made last month, and ₺3 billion 514 million 110 thousand 675 of title deed fee income was provided.
In the previous month, 291 thousand 739 real estate sales were made. The number of transactions in April decreased by 1.5% compared to the previous month.
In the January-April period, 995 thousand 595 real estate sales transactions were carried out throughout the country. ₺10 billion 475 million 887 thousand 172 title deed fee income was obtained from these transactions.
Of these transactions, 442 thousand 375 were residences, 168 thousand 925 land, 264 thousand 746 fields, 47 thousand 704 workplaces and the rest other immovables.
The province with the most sales transactions was Istanbul with 134 thousand 764 sales.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 68 thousand 417 sales, Izmir with 56 thousand 796 sales, Antalya with 41 thousand 771 sales, Bursa with 38 thousand 253 sales, Konya with 28 thousand 514 sales, Kocaeli with 27 thousand 308 sales and Balikesir with 27 thousand 112 sales.
