Hedef Girisim, a subsidiary of Hedef Holding, decided to make a venture investment of ₺10 Million in Norm Yesil Enerji Anonymus Company, which will be established with a capital of ₺50 Million with the aim of developing energy storage solutions in cooperation with Imaj Makina.
Today, the production, installation and trade of systems and storage systems for the efficient use of energy resources are at least as important as energy production.
Hedef Girisim, a subsidiary of Hedef Holding, made a new investment decision in order to support the clean energy needed in today’s technology and to take part in the energy storage systems and equipment industry in the rapidly developing market and Imaj Makina Sanayi Inc. signed a “Venture Capital Investment Agreement”.
Within the scope of the contract, it was decided to establish Norm Yesil Enerji with the aim of producing an energy storage system. Target Venture owns 20%of the new company, which will be established with a capital of ₺50 million. Hedef Girisim made a venture investment of ₺10 million for the establishment of Norm Yesil Enerji.
Developing energy storage solutions
It is planned to produce an energy storage system of 1 GWh annually in the battery (energy storage system) production facilities to be built within the body of Norm Yesil Enerji. The company to be established will also carry out facility installation services where energy storage solutions are included in the integration. Fossil fuel use in electricity generation in Turkiye is over 60%. While the whole world is questioning energy production resources within the framework of sustainability, it is also critical to store the energy produced by renewable energy sources due to its discontinuity. Norm Yesil Enerji, which will develop battery solutions, aims to provide added value to the country’s economy for green transformation as well as its positive contribution to the environment.
