OMSAN Logistics has renewed its owned vehicle fleet with an investment of approximately TRY 500 million, as part of its “proactive growth vision”, the company announced.
According to a company statement, OMSAN Logistics—acting as a strategic solution partner for domestic distribution operations of some of the world’s leading energy and gas producers in Türkiye—made the investment in line with newly awarded contracts. As part of the initiative, 78 new tractor units were added to the fleet, aiming to strengthen operational capacity, flexibility, and service quality.
“A Reflection of Long-Term Strategic Focus”
Commenting on the investment, Ergun Arıburnu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OMSAN Logistics, said the move should not be viewed solely as company growth.
“These steps are part of a broader value chain that creates employment, supports production, and contributes to the overall economy,” Arıburnu said. “At the same time, these investments are a concrete reflection of our company’s strategic shift toward areas with high long-term value creation potential—an approach consistently emphasized by our OYAK General Manager.”
Arıburnu underlined that the main driving forces behind the investment were OMSAN’s 48 years of industry experience and OYAK’s long-term vision, noting that the company acts with a strong sense of responsibility toward the logistics sector.
Focus on Safety, Sustainability, and Operational Excellence
He added that investments in the transportation fleet go beyond capacity expansion, raising OMSAN’s standards in safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Looking ahead, Arıburnu said OMSAN aims to provide services across global markets in the near future.
