Online dry cleaning network Networkdry went on a crowdfunding investment tour with a target of ₺14 million

Networkdry, Turkiye’s largest dry cleaning, ironing and carpet washing network, with its growing dealer infrastructure and users, made its last investment tour in Turkiye on the fonbulucu platform. The startup, which brings together different dry cleaning companies under a single roof and brings users together through the call center, website and mobile application, aims to reach a fund of ₺14 million with the supply of 6% of the company shares in the crowdfunding tour that will continue until March 24.

Networkdry, Turkiye’s largest online dry cleaning network, which brings together dry cleaning, carpet washing and ironing services on a digital platform, went on a share-based crowdfunding investment tour. The venture, which will meet with investors through the fonbulucu system until March 24, 2023, in order to reach a fund of ₺14 million, will offer 6% of the company shares.

Announcing that it will give an additional 25% share to investors for investments made with EFT or credit card within 20 working days as of Monday, January 23, the start date of the investment tour, Networkdry will offer its investors 35% discount on all services after becoming a member of the platform.

Valued at $10 million

Announcing that it has made its last investment tour in Turkiye with this investment tour campaign, the company aims to open up to the world, especially Europe, by taking the next investment from the global market. Among the past investors of Networkdry, which has increased its valuation to $10 million with a total investment of $1.3 million in the last 6 years, there are important names such as Yemeksepeti Founder Nevzat Aydın, Getir Co-founder Serkan Borançılı, Founders of Gittigidiyor Burak Divanlıoğlu and Aydonat Atasever, Founder of Markafoni, Evtiko and Entrepreneurship Foundation Sina Afra, Founder of Hedef Filo and Tiktak Ersan Öztürk, Finberg Board Member İhsan Elgin.

Networkdry, which has reached more than 70 thousand member registrations, more than 2 thousand 500 loyalty program NClub members, 118 thousand 500 orders, more than 2.5 million product cleaning and ₺15.5 million turnover figures as of January 2023; plans to exit one of the world’s leaders in the sector after growth in domestic operations, establishment and expansion of international operations.

An artisan, user and environmentally friendly dry cleaning network

Networkdry, which was established in 2014 to eliminate the trouble and loss of time caused by compulsory works such as washing, ironing and carpet washing, is a strong structure formed by the combination of experienced dry cleaning companies that have worked in the sector for many years. The startup, which creates a trades-friendly network, brings together users and dealers through its call center, website and mobile application, and provides quality dry cleaning, ironing and carpet cleaning services. Networkdry, which commissioned NClub, Turkiye’s first loyalty program for dry cleaning, in 2017, and developed the hanger deposit system in 2019; reduces the use of plastic and leads the way in raising the standards of the market with its user-friendly business model, with its online presence. The venture company, which has been collecting and distributing dry cleaning products in Istanbul with its own vehicles since 2020, both shortens the delivery and delivery times and optimizes customer satisfaction by serving the users with its trained personnel.

Talking about the investment tour, Networkdry Co-General Manager Ahmet Gürol Başev said, “We expect the growth of the company to accelerate and Networkdry to reach much higher levels in value with the funding provided in the investment tour we took on the fonbulucu platform. Since our company is an enterprise in the growth stage, we adopt the use of the revenue earned within the company and spent on growth instead of distributing dividends. We aim to return this method to our investors as high returns, as our company value increases even more after our successful expansion abroad.”
