“TURKEY, THE CENTER OF ATTRACTION FOR THE EUROPEAN BUYER”

EKS Fuarcilik Chairman of the Board Erkan Demir said, “Eksposhoes has become a truly global platform both in the eyes of the Turkish shoe industry and especially for European buyers. The interest of foreign guests in our fair, which we organized for the 11th time this year, is remarkable. This situation clearly shows us that the Turkish footwear industry has become able to compete with the world in terms of design, production capability and quality. The real success here belongs to our manufacturing companies, which mostly produce under difficult conditions, provide employment and contribute uninterruptedly to Turkey’s total exports. We organize this fair in order to contribute more to the total export of our sector and our country. Foreign buyers do not close the season without visiting our fair. It’s almost like they’re making the finale at Eksposhoes. It is a proud picture for our industry and our country.” Turkey’s ‘Ambassador’ in shoe exports will also be exhibited at the fair, which will end on November 5th. The handmade shoe, which has been worked on for about a month, will be showcased at the 11th Eksposhoes before being exhibited at the most prestigious shoe fairs abroad.
