RAMS Global, which was founded in Gaziantep by its founding chairman Ramazan Bulbul, has become one of the three strongest construction and real estate companies in Kazakhstan, where it started its operations in 1995. The company, which has delivered nearly 12 thousand residences to date, currently has 13 construction sites in Kazakhstan. Having implemented 55 projects consisting of 2.5 million square meters in Almaty in the last 10 years, the company opened 1 hospital in Gaziantep and two hospitals in Almaty. The company’s 13 school projects in Kazakhstan are about to be implemented.

Explaining his active investments in Turkey, Bulbul continued his words as follows: “We have completed the sale of the urban transformation project Quattro, which consists of 75 thousand square meters, which we took over. 100 flats were sold in 3 days. We have 2 projects on the European side of Istanbul, our ready-made office project Han Spaces Atasehir in Atasehir and the Mon Bleu project consisting of 17 villas in Bodrum. Excavation has started in our Bahcelievler Project, which consists of 13 hectares. Our other project is the Topkapi Uzel factory. We also made an investment in Antalya Serik. We will continue to do our best to do useful work for our country.”
DUBAI AND GERMANY ARE ON THE RADAR
One of RAMS Global’s investments is Layan Green Park in Phuket. The construction, which started in 2020, consists of 12 thousand square meters.
Germany and Dubai are among the countries on the radar in the upcoming period. A project of 500 residences continues in Russia.
