In Turkiye, real estate sales transactions in March increased by 83% compared to February.
Last month, 277 thousand 496 real estate sales transactions were made in Turkey. ₺5 billion 221 million 277 thousand 948 title deed fee income was obtained from these transactions.
100 thousand 867 of the sales transactions consisted of the sale of residences, 51 thousand 646 of the land, 93 thousand 187 of the fields, 10 thousand 542 of the workplace and the rest of the other immovables.
Transactions recorded in March increased by 83% compared to February, when 151,416 real estate sales were made.
Among the 10 provinces with the highest number of sales transactions, Istanbul ranked first with 32 thousand 149.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 20 thousand 876, Izmir with 15 thousand 18, Antalya with 11 thousand 596, Bursa with 11 thousand 37, Konya with 10 thousand 60, Tekirdag with 8 thousand 479, Kocaeli with 8 thousand 347, Mersin with 7 thousand 550. and Balikesir with 7 thousand 368.
