Ritz-Carlton Residences Project Begins in Dubai Creekside, Offering Wellness-Centric Luxury Living by 2027

The development includes 200 residences across seven buildings and 12 mansions.

CECEP Techand Middle East, a contractor, has begun construction on the Dh2.8bn ($762.2m) Ritz-Carlton Residences project in Dubai, Creekside, United Arab Emirates.

This follows the completion of shoring, piling, excavation, and infrastructure works at the site.

The project is part of the Keturah global real estate and hospitality concept development and is on track for completion by the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2027.

Located within the Keturah Resort, reportedly the first fully wellness-certified resort in the Middle East and Northern Africa region,the development includes 200 residences across seven buildings and 12 mansions.

The project is seen as notable for offering exclusive yacht berthing for residents.

Homeowners at The Ritz-Carlton Residences will have access to a range of facilities. These include a wellness centre, clubhouses, Michelin-star restaurants, and a 550m promenade.

Additionally, the development offers sustainable and organic-focused retail spaces, 24/7 private parking with valet services, and a gated community with scenic views.

Each residence is designed to meet the WELL Certification Standards, ensuring a focus on health and wellness.

Strategically located on Dubai Creek, the project faces the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, offering convenient access to key locations such as Dubai Downtown, Dubai International Financial Centre, and Dubai International Airport.
