Paid parking tariffs will resume on Wednesday, December 3, 2025
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) recently announced the operating hours of all services during the 54th UAE National Day (Eid Al Etihad) holiday. The updated timings include Customer Happiness Centers, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram services,marine transport and service provider centers (vehicle technical inspection).
Public parking
All public parking in Dubai will be free of charge during the UAE National Day holiday on Monday and Tuesday (December 1 and 2), except for multi-storey car parks, Al Khail Gate N-365. Paid parking tariffs will resume on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines)
The Dubai Metro (Red and Green Lines) working hours on UAE National Day are:
- Saturday, November 29, 2025: 5:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
- Sunday, November 30, 2025: 8:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
- Monday–Tuesday, December 1 and 2, 2025: 5:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
Dubai Tram
RTA also announced the working hours of Dubai Tram during the holiday:
- Saturday, November 29, 2025: 6:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
- Sunday, November 30, 2025: 9:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
- Monday–Tuesday, December 1 and 2, 2025: 6:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
Public Buses (Dubai Bus)
Dubai’s RTA advised residents to check changes to bus schedules during the UAE National Day holiday on the S’hail app.
Marine Transport
Dubai’s RTA also advised residents and visitors to view marine transport schedules during the holiday on its website.
Customer happiness and service provider centers
All RTA customer happiness centers will be closed during the UAE National Day holiday on Monday and Tuesday. Meanwhile, smart customer happiness centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar and RTA Headquarters will operate as usual, 24/7.
Finally, service provider centers will be closed during the UAE National Day holiday and will resume regular working hours on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
