ISTANBUL / LAS VEGAS – Samsung Electronics has announced that it will expand its Micro RGB television series as part of its 2026 portfolio, introducing new screen sizes along with enhanced features.
According to a company statement, the new lineup will range from large 115-inch cinematic displays down to 55-inch formats, including 55, 65, 75, 85, 100 and 115 inches. The products in the expanded series offer improved color precision and advanced intelligent image processing capabilities.
The broadened lineup represents the next step in Samsung’s Micro RGB display technology and aims to set a new standard for home viewing experiences. As consumers increasingly demand higher picture quality from their televisions, many are shifting toward premium models. All Micro RGB models benefit from an advanced display architecture that reflects Samsung’s precision engineering and focus on image performance.
Building on the 115-inch Micro RGB model introduced last year, the new product range includes enhancements that further strengthen image performance in terms of color, clarity and design.
Micro RGB technology uses red, green and blue LEDs smaller than 100 micrometers, each emitting light independently, enabling precise light control and high color accuracy. Image processing technologies such as “4K AI Upscaling Pro” and “AI Motion Enhancer Pro” improve brightness while smoothing motion.
AI Delivers Precision Clarity
The new models are powered by the next-generation “Micro RGB AI Engine Pro” chipset, designed to deliver greater clarity in every frame. They also feature “Micro RGB Color Booster Pro” and “Micro RGB HDR Pro.”
The VDE-certified “Micro RGB Precision Color 100” covers 100 percent of the BT.2020 wide color gamut, while Samsung’s proprietary “Anti-Reflection Screen” technology helps maintain contrast under varying lighting conditions.
In selected countries, Samsung’s multi-agent platform “Vision AI Companion” combines large language model (LLM)-powered smart capabilities with a natural conversational interface via Bixby. The feature enables voice-based searches and interactive Q&A, while providing access to AI-powered applications such as Live Translate, Generative Wallpaper and Perplexity.
Advanced audio features across the series include Dolby Atmos, Adaptive Sound Pro and Q-Symphony. All Samsung televisions in 2026 will also be equipped with the new spatial audio system, Eclipsa Audio.
To Be Unveiled at CES 2026
Samsung will showcase the new Micro RGB series at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2026), taking place in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, as part of its efforts to highlight advancements in display technologies.
Commenting on the launch, Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Visual Display Business, said the Micro RGB portfolio developed with the company’s latest technologies delivers vivid colors and sharpness that make movies, sports and TV series more immersive.
“In 2026, we are expanding our product lineup and creating a new premium category that offers sizes suitable for all modern living spaces, while maintaining our highest image quality standards,” Lee said.
