Regulatory Body Sets Maximum Premium Increase at 3.5% for July 2024
The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK) has set the maximum allowable increase for mandatory traffic insurance premiums at 3.5% for July 2024. This adjustment is outlined in a recently published directive.
Following the existing regulations under the Highway Motor Vehicles Compulsory Liability Insurance tariff principles, the updated premiums will apply based on vehicle group and usage type, effective from July 1, 2024.
