Signatures Signed for Beşiktaş Dikilitaş South Project; 17.4 Billion Lira Revenue Target

Istanbul — A major real-estate development project in the Dikilitaş neighborhood of Beşiktaş has moved forward after the signing of a contract for the Dikilitaş South Land Sale Revenue-Sharing Project, with a total projected sales revenue of 17.46 billion Turkish lira.

The project is being carried out within the framework of a cooperation protocol between Beşiktaş JK and Emlak Konut GYO, aimed at developing a large real-estate complex on land located in one of Istanbul’s central districts.

According to disclosures made to Turkey’s Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the contractor agreement was signed after the tender process, which was won by the Leda MR joint venture with the highest bid. The proposal estimated a total sales revenue of 17.461 billion lira for the project.

Under the revenue-sharing model, the developer’s share of total revenue is projected at 8.73 billion lira, while the remaining income will be distributed among landowners according to the terms of the agreement.

The Dikilitaş project is expected to significantly transform the surrounding area with new residential and commercial developments. It also represents an important financial initiative for Beşiktaş, as the club aims to generate substantial income from its real-estate assets to support its financial restructuring and long-term economic stability.

The signing of the contract marks a key milestone in the project’s development process, with construction and further planning phases expected to follow as the project moves toward implementation.

If you want, I can also shorten it into a 100-word news brief or rewrite it in a more professional Reuters/Bloomberg style for publication.
