“A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey and the Central Bank of Turkmenistan on November 27, 2021 to lay the groundwork for the development of cooperation on central banking issues. Within the scope of the said agreement, it is planned to carry out studies to develop cooperation between the two countries’ central banks on central banking issues.”
