Spanish aviation and infrastructure company Ferrovial has agreed to purchase 60% of the Dalaman Airport operating rights from the YDA Group for €140 million.
In the joint statement made by the two companies, it was stated that the transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of the year after the approval of the regulatory authorities. Unlu&Co assumed the sales side consultancy of the transaction. YDA has the right to operate the airport until 2042. YDA Group won the tender for the Dalaman Airport International Terminal in 2003.
