Istanbul Airport is the first in Europe with the number of weekly flights

Istanbul Airport became the busiest airport in Europe with an average of 1517 daily flights on 14-21 August.

The European Aviation Report of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation for 14-21 August has been published.

According to the report, Istanbul Airport ranked first among Europe’s busiest airports in this period, with an average of 1517 flights per day.

Istanbul Airport was followed by Amsterdam Schiphol with an average of 1368 daily flights, and Paris Charles de Gaulle airports with 1338 flights.
