In the investment tour led by Re-Pie Portfolio, TatildeKirala.com received an investment of ₺250 million from APY Ventures and Mehmet Fatih Trabzon with a pre-investment valuation. Founded by Rusen Mat in 2018 and received 2 investments from the Sintek Group company during and after the establishment phase, the platform provides short-term rental of over 6 thousand villas and over 400 boats in 90 different districts of Turkiye.

Evaluating the investment process, Rusen Mat, the founder and CEO of TatildeKirala.com, noted that although it has been 4 years since its establishment, the fact that they can maintain their high growth rates in all important metrics in 2022 compared to the previous year proves that the short-term villa rental market is a mainstream accommodation model rather than an alternative accommodation model that emerged with the effect of the pandemic. He stated that they are confident that Re-Pie and APY Ventures, which is under the roof of Albaraka Turk, will make a great contribution to the new term targets of TatildeKirala.com, especially with their experience in the real estate sector.

It will change its business model in 2023

Mat stated that they will make significant changes in the company’s business model by 2023 and that they have the chance to use the $5 million fund in addition to the investment provided by Re-pie Portfolio in this new business model, signaling that they have entered a very exciting period.

Finally, let’s add that the negotiations with a new fund, which is waiting for the approval of the CMB to participate in the investment tour, have been completed and that this fund will be included in this investment tour after the approval of the CMB.
