The Central Bank’s Monetary Policy Committee will announce its interest rate decision on Thursday, March 23. At the previous meeting, the bank had lowered the policy rate to 8.5%.
The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) Monetary Policy Committee will meet on Thursday, March 23 under the chairmanship of Central Bank Governor Sahap Kavcioglu.
The interest rate decision will be announced at 14:00. In the previous meeting, the bank had reduced the policy rate by 50 basis points from 9% to 8.5%.
