Togg and Bosch Car Service collaborate for service centers

Getting ready to introduce the T10X, its first innately electric smart device, to users at the end of March, Togg continues to open experience centers, service and delivery points in 7 regions of Turkiye to provide a faster, more effective and efficient experience. Choosing the method of direct contact with users by combining digital and physical in a hybrid structure, Togg cooperated with Bosch Car Service as well as its own service points. Thus, Togg will expand its reach with the contracted Bosch Car Services as well as the service contact points that will be located entirely within its own structure, and will offer services to its users at more than 20 points all over Turkiye.

Turkiye’s global technology brand Togg, serving in the field of mobility, is advancing in line with its plans in sales and after-sales structuring, just days before its first smart device, the T10X, is introduced to users. Choosing the direct sales model to be close to the user, Togg creates its entire organization to serve in a hybrid structure that blends digital and physical experience.

Opening experience centers in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Adana and Bursa-Gemlik in the first place, Togg continues to open service and delivery points in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa-Gemlik, Izmir, Adana, Samsun, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Antalya and Kayseri. Aiming to provide users with an uninterrupted end-to-end experience, Togg expands its service network with strong collaborations as well as its own service points. Collaborating with Bosch Car Service, one of the world’s largest independent service chains with more than 16 thousand service centers in 150 countries, Togg will provide qualified service to its users from contracted Bosch Car Services as well as its own service centers.

Comprehensive training for teams working in the field

Within the scope of the cooperation, all maintenance and repair services will be offered to users at the latest standards. Togg smart device users will be able to benefit from all services offered by contracted services, including repair, service, maintenance and warranty services. Staff at contracted Bosch Car Service points will receive extensive pre-training from Togg and then, if necessary, will be authorized to make repairs to high voltage, photovoltaic and security systems with the help of Togg Technical Field Service. All repairs, warranty and proactive services will be performed only by authorized service providers.

Bosch Automotive Spare Parts Turkiye, Iran and Middle East Regional Director Arda Arslan also emphasized the importance of cooperation with Togg, reminding that Bosch Car Service is one of the world’s largest brand-independent service networks with its expertise in vehicle repair, maintenance and warranty services for more than 100 years. Stating that they aim to be the first independent service organization to serve electric cars in 7 regions of Turkiye in 2023, Arslan said, “This cooperation with Togg will further develop our competence in our Bosch Car Service network in servicing electric vehicles.”
