ISTANBUL, June 9, 2026 — Turkish electric vehicle manufacturer Togg has reinforced its leadership in the country’s rapidly growing electric vehicle market, with its two flagship models, the T10X and T10F, occupying the top two positions in EV sales during the first five months of 2026.
According to industry data from the Automotive Distributors and Mobility Association (ODMD), the Togg T10X remained the best-selling electric vehicle in Türkiye between January and May, recording 9,070 units sold. The company’s sedan model, the T10F, followed in second place with 7,675 units, giving Togg a commanding presence in the domestic EV market.
The strong performance means that approximately one out of every four electric vehicles sold in Türkiye during the period carried the Togg badge, highlighting the brand’s growing influence as electric mobility adoption accelerates across the country. Togg maintained an estimated market share of around 25% in the EV segment.
Monthly sales figures for May also underscored the company’s momentum. The T10X led the market with 1,832 units sold, while the T10F ranked second with 1,673 deliveries, ahead of international competitors including the MINI Countryman, KG Mobility Torres, and Opel Frontera Electric.
Türkiye’s electric vehicle market has continued to expand rapidly in 2026. During the first five months of the year, total EV sales reached 65,805 units, lifting the segment’s share of the overall passenger car market to nearly 18.5%.
The latest figures reinforce Togg’s position as the dominant domestic EV brand and demonstrate the increasing acceptance of locally produced electric vehicles among Turkish consumers. As competition intensifies with new entrants from Europe and Asia, Togg’s dual-model strategy has enabled it to maintain a clear lead in the country’s transition toward electrified transportation.
