Calendar adjusted industry, construction, trade and service sectors total turnover index increased by 59.4% in March compared to the same month of the previous year.
Turkish Statistical Institute announced the turnover indexes for March.
Accordingly, the seasonal and calendar adjusted total turnover index increased by 4.1% on a monthly basis in March.

Industry and construction indices
The calendar adjusted turnover index in the industrial sector increased by 42.4% on an annual basis in March. Seasonally and calendar adjusted industry turnover index increased by 5.1% in the said month compared to the previous month.
The calendar adjusted turnover index in the construction sector increased by 105% on an annual basis in March. Seasonally and calendar adjusted construction turnover index increased by 3.1% in March compared to the previous month.
Trade and services indices
The calendar adjusted trade turnover index increased by 66.1% in March compared to the same month of the previous year, and the seasonal and calendar adjusted trade turnover index increased by 4.55 compared to the previous month.
The calendar adjusted turnover index in the services sector increased by 67.5% in March compared to the same month of the previous year, and the seasonal and calendar adjusted service turnover index increased by 1% compared to the previous month.
