
Toyota reported a 65% year-on-year increase in vehicle sales in Türkiye in January, selling 8,700 units during the month.
According to a company statement, Toyota achieved a 11.5% market share in January, becoming the second most preferred automotive brand in the Turkish market. Of total sales, 7,770 units were passenger cars, while 930 units were light commercial vehicles.
The brand’s best-selling models in January were the Corolla Sedan, with 4,233 units, and the Toyota C-HR Hybrid, with 3,200 units sold.
SUVs accounted for 45% of passenger car sales, while hybrid vehicle sales reached 5,411 units. Hybrids made up 62% of Toyota’s passenger car sales during the month.
February Sales Campaign Launched
Toyota has launched a February sales campaign covering models that comply with Türkiye’s Special Consumption Tax (ÖTV) exemption regulations, including the C-HR Hybrid and Corolla Sedan.
Under the campaign, which runs until the end of the month, the Toyota Corolla Sedan is available from TRY 1.699 million, while the Toyota C-HR Hybrid is offered from TRY 2.15 million.
In the light commercial vehicle segment, the Proace City is available at a starting price of TRY 1.584 million, along with a TRY 300,000, 12-month, zero-interest financing option. Toyota is also offering attractive pricing and 0% interest loan campaigns throughout the month for Proace mid-size and large van models.
The Hilux 4×2, which benefits from a 4% ÖTV tax advantage, is offered from TRY 2.455 million, or with a TRY 1 million, 12-month, zero-interest financing option for corporate customers.
Toyota also offers its “Warranty ON” program across all models, including light commercial vehicles, providing coverage of up to 10 years or 160,000 kilometers, provided customers complete regular maintenance at authorized service centers.
