The construction cost index increased by 6.46% monthly in July

The construction cost index increased by 6.46% on a monthly basis and by 114.74% on an annual basis in July.

Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) announced the construction cost index data for July.

The construction cost index increased by 6.46% in July compared to the previous month and increased by 114.74% compared to the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 1.29% and the labor index increased by 27.57%. In addition, the material index increased by 126.46% and the labor index increased by 83.89% compared to the same month of the previous year.

The building construction cost index increased by 7.10% compared to the previous month and increased by 110.56% compared to the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 1.77% and the labor index increased by 27.76%. In addition, the material index increased by 120.93% and the labor index increased by 83.90% compared to the same month of the previous year.

The construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 4.48% compared to the previous month and by 129.10% compared to the same month of the previous year. Compared to the previous month, the material index decreased by 0.15% and the labor index increased by 26.91%. In addition, the material index increased by 144.92% and the labor index increased by 83.88% compared to the same month of the previous year.
