An oil exploration license has been granted to Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO) for a field in Canakkale.
The decisions of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs regarding petroleum rights, were published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, an oil exploration license was granted to TPAO for a period of 5 years for an area of 42 thousand 593 hectares located within the borders of Canakkale province.
