TSKB has authorized a group of international banks for a potential bond issuance of up to $500 million. The designated banks include Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, BNP Paribas, Citi, Emirates NBD, ING, JPMorgan, SMBC, and Standard Chartered Bank.
According to Bloomberg, the initial yield expectation for the issuance is around 8%.
