Turk Telekom has transferred the orientation process to the digital environment

Turk Telekom, the company with the largest employee ecosystem in the Turkish telecommunications industry, has transferred the orientation process to the digital environment for its newly recruited employees. With Turk Telekom Academy’s gamified ‘Digital Gateway Platform’, employees can get to know Turk Telekom with interactive spaces in a three-dimensional environment, participate in trainings and access source documents.

Turk Telekom, the leader of Turkey’s digital transformation, has carried out another pioneering work and completely digitalized the orientation processes of newly hired employees. Due to the pandemic process, the orientation program carried out with virtual classroom training has been transformed into a continuous Digital Orientation Program design. With the Digital Gateway Program implemented under the umbrella of Turk Telekom Academy, the orientation experience has been digitized from end to end.

Turk Telekom Human Resources Deputy General Manager Mehmet Emre Vural said, “As an institution that puts people at the center, we have further digitized the orientation from end to end by taking the digital process experience that started with recruitment even further. Our new colleagues, who have just joined our family, take their first steps with the Digital Gateway Platform, get to know Turk Telekom in a three-dimensional environment and interactive spaces, and experience a fun adaptation process with gamification elements. The Digital Orientation Program also includes a digital quiz show and e-trainings and various source documents that must be taken in accordance with the mandatory legislation.”
