Turkcell Invites Young Talent to Apply for GNÇYTNK Program

Turkcell has launched the application process for its employment program “GNÇYTNK,” targeting university students and recent graduates.

According to a statement from the company, the program—designed to support young talent in starting their careers by shaping their own paths—will be offered this year in two categories: GNÇYTNK Full Time and GNÇYTNK Part Time.

The program attracted record interest last year with more than 62,500 applications. Eligible candidates include third- and fourth-year undergraduate students as well as recent graduates with up to two years of professional experience.

Under the program structure, third-year undergraduate students can apply for the Part Time option, while fourth-year students, recent graduates, and master’s and PhD students are eligible for the Full Time track.

Candidates complete the selection process through a fully online experience, including general aptitude assessments, group case studies, an English proficiency exam and video panel interviews. Participants also gain access to training and certification programs designed to help them transition smoothly into professional life.

Applicants who successfully pass all evaluation stages are invited to an orientation program developed by Turkcell Academy, where they receive training in areas such as customer focus, innovation, digital trends and strategic thinking.

Young professionals who begin their careers at Turkcell benefit from personalized fringe benefits. Through the company’s “Flex Menu,” employees can tailor their benefits package by choosing from options including private health insurance, meal cards, individual pension plans, childcare and education support, wellness packages, shopping vouchers and mobile balance top-ups.

Applications are open to candidates born in 1998 or later and can be submitted via Turkcell’s career website until March 12.

Commenting on the program, Turkcell Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services Erkan Durdu said that GNÇYTNK has helped bring more than 1,500 young talents into the company to date.

“We believe every young person has a unique path that matches their talents and dreams,” Durdu said. “We offer young people not just a job, but an environment where they can discover themselves, gain the courage to experiment and unlock their full potential.”

Durdu added that GNÇYTNK was designed with this perspective in mind, emphasizing that valuing people leads not only to success but also to a sustainable future.

“As in previous years, we invite young people to apply by saying, ‘For a career start where you can showcase your talents, Turkcell is right for you,’” he said.
