Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, shared the details of the model developed against the exorbitant increases in housing prices and rents.
In many cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Konya, Adana, Treasury lands will be sold to citizens with low cost and long term.

In the new model, citizens will be able to build their own house in a single parcel or buy larger parcels with demand organization. It will agree with the contractors who want it. The state will undertake the project and infrastructure of the house.
Work intensified for Golbasi in Ankara, Tuzla, Catalca and Basaksehir in Istanbul.
For the sale of the land, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, National Real Estate and TOKI will cooperate.
