International credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has set two credit rating review dates for Turkiye in 2024.
Fitch published the “Country Rating Review Calendar” for 2024.
According to the calendar, the first date for Turkiye was announced as March 8, 2024, and the second date was announced as September 6, 2024.
Credit rating agencies are not obliged to disclose a report on the dates announced. However, while Fitch generally publishes reports on these dates, other major credit rating agencies, S&P Global and Moody’s, can skip these dates.
Fitch last confirmed Turkiye’s credit rating as “B” on September 8, while increasing its outlook from “negative” to “stable”.
