ISTANBUL, June 10, 2026 — Turkish automotive supplier Pars Rot ve Rotil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., a manufacturer of steering and suspension spare parts with a 37-year history, has officially been declared bankrupt by a Turkish court. The company employed more than 200 people and had an annual production capacity exceeding 5 million units.
According to the court ruling, the bankruptcy of the Istanbul-based company was approved by the Istanbul Anatolian 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance on May 20, 2026. The bankruptcy proceedings were formally initiated later that day and publicly announced in accordance with Turkish insolvency regulations.
Founded in 1989, Pars Rot ve Rotil was one of Türkiye’s established automotive aftermarket suppliers, producing a wide range of steering and suspension components for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Its product portfolio reportedly included stabilizer links, tie-rod ends, axial joints, ball joints, bearings, and control arms. The company manufactured more than 7,000 different product types and served both domestic and international markets.
The bankruptcy marks the end of nearly four decades of operations for a company that had maintained a significant presence in Türkiye’s automotive supply industry. The closure is expected to affect more than 200 employees and may have implications for suppliers and customers connected to the firm’s production network.
Prior to its collapse, Pars Rot ve Rotil had continued to pursue export activities, including obtaining Eurasian Economic Union (EAC) certification to support shipments to Russia and other Eurasian markets.
The company’s assets and remaining affairs will now enter the liquidation process under the supervision of Turkish enforcement and bankruptcy authorities.
