Turkish Treasury and Finance Minister will meet with French and British investors at MIPIM 2022

Treasury and Finance Minister Nureddin Nebati will visit the International Real Estate Fair (MIPIM) to be held in Cannes, France, and then attend the United Kingdom-Turkey Green Finance Conference in London, the capital of England, and meet with investors.

Nureddin Nebati, the Minister of Treasury and Finance, and Murat Kurum, the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, will go to France today.

Nebati, who will address the participants at the MIPIM 2022 event with the theme of “Guiding Urban Transformation”, which will be held for the 31st time in Cannes and will last until March 18, is planned to visit Turkish pavilions and meet with investors.

On the second day of the program, Nebati is expected to participate in the “International Investor Breakfast” program to be organized by the Real Estate Investors Association and to explain Turkey’s potential in the sector and investment opportunities to foreign participants.


Minister Nebati is scheduled to attend the “United Kingdom-Turkey Green Finance Conference” on March 17, by going to London, the capital of England, as part of his overseas contacts.

Nebati, who will be present at the London Stock Exchange Opening Ceremony within the framework of his visit, will meet with Alok Sharma, President of the 26th Conference of the Parties (COP26) and Minister of State, within the scope of their bilateral meetings.

Minister Nebati, who will also meet with foreign investors in the evening, will give information about Turkey’s economic outlook and the inclusive practices that have been put into use, and will explain the country’s potential, opportunities and investment opportunities in detail.

Minister Nebati, who met with senior executives of financial circles in London last month, stated that it was aimed to maintain communication at certain periods.
