The decision to establish a Parliamentary Research Commission was published in the Official Gazette in order to investigate the problems experienced in the fisheries and aquaculture sector and to determine the measures to be taken.
According to the decision, a parliamentary inquiry was opened in accordance with Articles 98 of the Constitution and Articles 104 and 105 of the Bylaws, in order to investigate the problems experienced in the fisheries and aquaculture sector and to determine the measures to be taken.
The commission to conduct the research will consist of 21 members, the working period of the commission will be 3 months, starting from the date of the election of the chairman, vice chairman, spokesperson and clerk, and the commission can work outside Ankara when necessary.
