The decision regarding the free supply of natural gas to be consumed by the subscribers of residences, places of worship and djemevis was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. Natural gas will be free for residences between April 24 and May 31.

With the Presidential Decree, the first bills for natural gas consumption of residences, places of worship and djemevis between April 24 and May 31 will be covered by the budget of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
Until May 1, 2024, 25 cubic meters of natural gas used in the kitchen and hot water of residences, places of worship and djemevis will be free of charge.
Black Sea gas was put into use on 20 April
Black Sea natural gas started to be delivered to the land with the torch lit by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the ceremony in Filyos on April 20.
In the first phase, 10 million cubic meters of gas will be produced daily. It has a natural gas processing capacity of 40 million cubic meters per day.
