Türkiye’s Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar Holds Cooperation Talks in the U.S.

Türkiye’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, held energy cooperation meetings in the United States with top executives from major global energy companies.

In a statement shared on his social media account, Bayraktar announced that he met with Petronas CEO Tengku Muhammad Taufik, Halliburton CEO Jeff Miller, and Cheniere Energy Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Anatol Feygin, along with their delegations, during his visit to Houston for the CERAWeek 2025 conference.

Bayraktar stated:

“As part of CERAWeek 2025, we held meetings with the CEOs of Petronas, Halliburton, and Cheniere Energy. We discussed ways to further enhance our energy cooperation and exchanged views on potential new projects we can develop together.”

These discussions are part of Türkiye’s broader strategy to strengthen global energy partnerships and drive investment in innovative energy solutions.
