TurkNet has been named “Fastest Internet in Türkiye” based on data from Speedtest for the last six months of 2025, according to Ookla Speedtest Intelligence results.
According to a company statement, the evaluation results for the second half of 2025 were announced based on Ookla’s Speedtest Intelligence data. The findings, derived from the analysis of millions of real-user tests conducted across Türkiye, awarded TurkNet the title of “Fastest Internet in Türkiye.”
The company also announced last week that it surpassed the 100 Mbps threshold in average download speeds, becoming Türkiye’s leader in fixed internet download speeds on Steam.
The award, granted under the Speedtest Awards framework, is based not on theoretical speed criteria but on real-time measurements performed by users across all internet service providers in Türkiye. The evaluation process analyzed metrics directly affecting user experience—such as download and upload speeds, as well as latency—according to Ookla’s global methodology. Data covering the final six months of last year highlighted TurkNet’s connection quality performance.
The company said the achievement reflects its technology vision of defining speed not merely as high Mbps figures but as a seamless, stable and end-to-end high-performance digital experience.
