Meanwhile, the Turkish tractor market contracted by 27% year-over-year, with total sales dropping to 23,559 units during the same period.
Despite the market downturn, TürkTraktör retained a strong foothold with a 40.9% market share through its New Holland and Case IH brands by the end of June.
CEO: “Proud of 18 Years of Leadership”
TürkTraktör Company Leader Matthieu Sejourne addressed the ongoing challenges in the sector, citing tight market conditions and high financing costs as key factors behind the continued contraction in demand.
“Maintaining our market position is critical,” said Sejourne. “I want to thank our farmers and stakeholders who have helped us sustain our market leadership for 18 consecutive years. We will continue working tirelessly in the second half of 2025 to stand by our farmers with our wide range of eco-friendly, cutting-edge tractors that meet global standards.”
TürkTraktör’s performance in H1 2025 reinforces its resilience in a challenging economic climate and its continued dominance in Turkey’s agricultural machinery sector.
