Eminevim was deemed worthy of two ‘Diamond’ awards in the housing and automobile categories at the ‘A.C.E Awards Excellent Customer Satisfaction Achievement Awards’ for its customer experience management in the savings finance sector.

Marketing and Corporate Communications Director Murat Hosgor received the awards on behalf of Eminevim.

A.C.E Awards, in which the brands that provide a perfect customer experience by consumers are determined, have been organized by Sikayetvar for 7 years.

The ‘Customer Experience Index Research’, which is based on the satisfaction management carried out by the brands, is conducted on the headings of the brands’ complaint rate, resolution speed, satisfaction level, thank you rate and ‘churn’ avoidance rate (the rate of preferring the brand).
