Ülker Reports 112 Billion Lira Revenue in 2025

ISTANBUL — Turkish food producer Ülker Bisküvi reported 112 billion Turkish lira ($ revenue) for 2025, according to financial results disclosed to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

The company said it closed the year with an EBITDA margin of 16.5%, indicating strong operational profitability despite challenging economic conditions in the global snack market.

Focus on innovation and exports

Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı said the company continued to contribute to Türkiye’s economy through production, exports, and employment in 2025.

According to Kölükfakı, the company closely monitored changing consumer preferences and digital trends while developing innovative products through its research and development centers. During the year, 55 new products were launched in Türkiye.

Ülker products carrying the “Made in Türkiye” label are currently exported to more than 100 countries, strengthening the company’s international presence.

Sustainability recognition

The company also highlighted its performance in sustainability rankings. According to international assessments, Ülker ranked within the top 3% of global food companies in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment.

In addition, the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) ESG evaluation placed Ülker first among 504 publicly traded food companies worldwide, while also ranking first among all sectors listed on Borsa Istanbul for the third time.

Kölükfakı said the company aims to maintain sustainable and people-focused growth through its “5M Happiness-Based Growth Model.”
