Vivo, high-tech smartphone producer is entering the Turkish market

vivo held an online meeting to organize plans for Turkey, Europe and shared the meeting with the press; the company also introduced vivo X50 Lite in the meeting, vivo is entering the Turkish market with that product.

Andrew Liu, the CEO of vivo Turkey stated that they are excited to announce the official entrance of vivo into Turkish market and to increase their fans within Turkey. He said:

‘’Our entrance into Turkish market is not a coincidence; we interviewed over 9 thousand person in Europe in order to understand the European customer demands and needs. We continue our ‘doing right things in right ways’ philosophy and that is why we are a part of over 350 million person’s daily life. We are pretty sure that we can gain the trust of Turkish customers and business partners.’’

vivo is a smartphone brand originated in China. According to the company data, vivo is the 5th in global smartphone market with 9 percent market share and the 3rd in global 5G smartphone sales with 12.9 percent market share.

Selin Dayioglu, Marketing Manager of vivo Turkey emphasized that vivo placed itself in European market by ‘’doing right thing in right ways’’ philosophy and said:

‘’We may be the last Asian brand to be on European market; yet, we have the appreciation and love of 350 million people saying that we are the best.’’

Dayioglu stated that they entered the Turkish market with X50 Lite after their detailed studies and they will present products from different segments by the end of the year, she said:

‘’vivo made a market strategy association with Turkey that involves telecommunications, retail and e-commerce channels; within this strategy, vivo will present different products in stores and online channels.’’
