A 21,000 square feet ‘ultra-exclusive’ duplex penthouse in the Burj Khalifa is now on the market for $51 million.
Dubbed the “world’s highest residence”, the penthouse has been listed by Invest Dubai Real Estate. The highest residence, located in the world’s tallest tower, is over 1,300 feet above the city.

Spanning 14,000 square feet on the main level and 7,000 square feet on the upper level,it is the largest residence in Downtown Dubai, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a private swimming pool, and the only private lift in the tower.

According to an analysis from global property consultant Knight Frank, Dubai’s luxury residential market set a new record for US$ 10 million+ home sales. The emirate recorded 435 sales above US$ 10 million, surpassing the 434 US$ 10 million+ transactions registered during 2023.
The total number of sales above US$ 10 million in 2024 was bolstered by a remarkable performance in Q4, which saw 153 deals the highest quarterly figure on record for this segment.
